How to get License in Bombay.
Though I dont agree with Salman khan or the other Bandra boy's rash driving but people have no business sleeping on the road.
Footpath is for walking, hawking, magic shows, pick-pocketing but not for sleeping, those who sleep there for whatever ever economic reason need to sleep somewhere else..
I hope the goverment relocates the sleepers in the Maidans & National Park and make drunk driving a less fatal affair.

Understanding da Tribe M
One thing I've noticed is that once a Mallu (my tribe) gets a firm footing in any organization his next task is to get more people from his family, foster family, relatives, friends, enemies list. He then create the Mallu brigade which does the great Mallu politics and screws up the work culture for the benefit of others including other Mallus.
That means lower salaries, incentives and in-built super crab and an Indian work culture.
Companies like this coz this reduces costs and bosses love people who suck up to then and act as khabris for them.
Then you have the great Mallu pirv drive (Chanda, Varghani, collection Drive), Every mallu is usually part of Marthoma Church Fund, RC Church Fund, Jacobite Church Fund, Mosque Fund, Sabrimala Fund or the Amway.Gold Quest Schemes Fund.... He has a forced target collection of minimum 2000 Riyal or Dirhams for he will catch/con/physce/scare anyone irrespective of which his imaginary friend he believes in or trust his money with.
More dreadful than that is conning of a fellow Mallu by a smarter Mallu to join the Amway or Gold Quest Scam who then has the unholy task of conning 3 more guys in the chain.
The same things are applicable to Mallus all over including India some people like my Dad has dual memberships in Malayalee Samajam, Kerala Catholic Union and Ayyappa Seva Samiti ..
But having said that a Mallu will go out of the way even at his/her own expense to help you at times and genuine cases.
Keep the faith and share a drink with the Mallu.
This post is published to help the world understand and interact in a better manner for their own good and understand the Mallu tribe and its physce.

HORN OK PLEASE
"HORN OK PLEASE" is a film directly inspired by director Joel Simon´s journey in the heat and frenzy of Mumbai, India. It follows a monotonous day in the life of an Indian taxi driver whose goal is to earn enough rupees to buy the air-conditioned taxi of his dreams... The film was made over a 10 month period by Irish and Indian animators and Joel simon, a Belgian director. It´s a combination of claymation and hand drawn backgrounds.
Watch it here http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=vids.individual&videoid=841665133
This is one of the best claymations I've seen :)

From riches to rags to riches
Parsoli's MD Zafar Sareshwala's inspiring rags to riches story afterthe damage suffered by the company during Gujarat riots published inHindustan Times today..
http://hindustantimes.com/news/181_1839214,000900040003.htm
Real strong story about the guy who braved multiple tragedies and triumphed over all odds...
Its another reason to hate the like of HKL Bhagat, Sajjan Kumar, Tytler, Advani, Modi, Thackeray, VHP, Bajrang dal... They are bad for the India's unity and Economy at large.
I wonder if any of them will ever be brought to justice.

Khosla ka Ghosla - 3.5/5
A real smooth refreshing movie with no no-nonsense, simple comedy shot brilliantly in real locations around Delhi.
Its a Comical yet Realistic Story about a Family who beats a con man in his own game of Land Grabbing.
Points : 3.5/5
Blogged Later: Chak De Phatte is an awesome song by Kailash Kher.
The movie is cool because my Dad resembles Anupan Kher in many ways, Actually my Dad is a combination of Wagle and Anupam Kher. He is definitely one of the most hilarious people on the planet and someone who like in the movie fought in vain a court battle for property for over 18 yrs coz he din't use the easier way of going to his Shakha Pramukh freind and is still not lost his sense of humour.
Shall blog more on my Dad later in ...
Here's he being himself...

Jaan-e-Maan
The movie is a time-pass movie, chalta hai types...I found the movie lenghty and with some useless and untimely songs, the comedy ok but wasn't that great, no great plot.
I will not try to explain the plot and gist of the movie and its not worth the effort.
Its a crazy movie with Salman,Akshay, Preity & Anupam Kher with delta entertainment value.
Please watch it if you have free time like me on a Friday evening and nothing better to do.
2.5/5 points

Do Buy!
An ethnographic film on the city, its disenfranchised workers, utopian architecture, and consumerist heaven of shopping malls.
Starring Toyota Landcruiser, Outspoken Pakistani Security Gaurd and few a more expats.
There are many untold stories of Expats and trevellers in the Gulf, This documentry is just one of them.. I hope this starts a trend of independent movie making in the Gulf and tell the world its story.
Made by Omair, documentary filmmaker from London.
