Ok we know the problem, how do we solve it...
some of my ideas...
1. Get rid of the beggars and Hijras
2. Make shitting in the open a non bailable offence.
3. Dissolve BMC and give it to the Tata's & Reliance.
4. Have a minister for Bombay.
5. Bring back cops like YC Pawar,Reberio & Khan.
6. abolish CRZ rules.
7. Develop the East Sea Front.
8. Use the Navy roads from Masjid to Sewree.
9. Legalise Dance Bars and Red Light Areas.
10. Ban trucks and lorry's during peak hours.
11. Punish shady Contractors and builders publicly
12. Pickpocketeers and Chain snatchers be publicly thrashed or hand cut like Saudi Arabia.
13. Transfer cops every 2 months.
14. Lower Entertainment and Booze Taxes.
15. Have NSE/BSE and Lotto Terminals in every railway Station.
16. Free education for all boys n girls till 12th.
17. Teach Hawkers to use Ebay or some online software.
18. Ban Political Rallies and mammoth morchas.

Shitting in the open - that absolutely needs to be rid of. Simply unacceptable for a city of Mumbai's stature. Not just investors, the city does not feature on any list for outsourcing and offshoring. Its starting to lose its edge - people prefer Bangalore to Mumbai inspite of the former city's infrastructure issues. Not to mention a lot of stuff that is flying straight overhead towards the ASEAN.
